Akumal Art Festival's Mission: 

To engage and enhance the community through an international consortium of artists. Our participants come from all over the world; starting with the local community and including greater Mexico and around the globe.

Akumal Art Festival's Vision:

We work to bring a fiesta to Akumal Pueblo beautifying the town for locals and visitors. As Akumal is a rapidly developing area and considered a ground zero site for ecological disaster, we believe in art-as-activism for our town.
